2. The labor prep program that takes place in the third trimester.
3. The postpartum evaluation at 6 weeks postpartum.
4. The return to working out screening at 12 weeks postpartum.
· 2 remaining sessions to be used based on your own goals, presentations, and journey:
· Women who are desiring a natural birth it is recommended that you use a visit as a second labor ready appointment to dive deeper into pain relief techniques, positioning, and strategies for pushing etc.
· Higher level athletes will use appointments at 4, 6, and even 9 weeks postpartum for closer guidance in return to exercise.
· Daily exercises given throughout your program based on your needs. All exercises given with videos, sets, and reps.
· You have unlimited access to your doctor via our PtEverywhere portal for messaging/ questions/ concerns you may have in between your appointments.
· No more guessing about it if you are doing the right thing.
· No more wondering what to do or when to do it or what is normal.
· Dr. Jordan understands the changes you are going through and is here to walk alongside you!!!
· The plan which covers 6: one-on-one sessions and unlimited access to Dr. Jordan for any questions or worries you have throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey.
