Do I need a referral from my MD to come to PT?
In the state of North Carolina, no referral is needed to see a physical therapist.
What to wear to PT?
We recommend comfortable clothing that you are able to move around in and workout style shoes.
What are your rates?
The initial evaluation is $195 for a one-on-one hour long session with Dr. Jordan.
Each additional session will range from $145-$195 per session depending on what package is selected and your recommended course of treatment.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, credit, debit, HSA, FSA, and insurance payments from BCBS only. Payment is due at time of service.
Do you just treat women?
I treat people of all genders, ages, shapes and sizes for orthopedic injuries. I do not treat men for pelvic floor issues specifically, but can give referrals for other providers in the area who do.
I am feeling sick should I come to PT?
Here at Cura Ortho Physical Therapy we follow the "school rules" in terms of sickness. If you are experiencing a fever, cough, sore throat, vomiting/diarrhea, pink eye, rash, Covid, flu, or RSV we would advise you to call the office to reschedule your appointment: 919-900-7420.
Do you take insurance?
We are currently in-network with one insurance company (Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC). We are also a fee for service clinic where we can supply you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network benefits.
